-For loans up to $100,000 funds are wired into our secure SCG account and a note is drafted directly between SCG and lender. SCG will lend out smaller amounts into various deals and always double collateralize.
-For loans over $100,000 funds are wired directly to title company and secured with note and mortgage filed at closing.
-You choose interest payout or roll-over option annually
-Monthly/Quarterly updates available upon request.
